Mike Marcioni was the team owner for Las Vegas Aces since 1989 after the death of John Boyd and he steered the the Aces to Division 1 to win the championship against the Dallas Aztecs. He was charged for putting bounties on his star players such as rookie Kelvin Diggs. He was fired in 2005 after failing to make the Championship, he was replaced by Will Walters.
